The City of Badger Notices are published online as a convenience to the public. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the material published online, the only official edition of these notices are the printed version maintained by the City Clerk. Online or website versions are not official. Official notices may be obtained by visiting the City Clerk's Office or in the City's designated newspaper, the Middle River Honker.

Parking During Snow Removal
- Parking is prohibited on all city streets, alleys and avenues during periods of snow removal in the City of Badger. All motor vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense. All containers used for garbage pickup must be removed from the roadside for snow removal purposes as well.
Annual Licensing & Regulation
- City Code Sec. 8.03: It is unlawful for the owner of any animal, DOGS & CATS INCLUDED, to permit such animal to run at large. There have been NUMEROUS complaints about dogs & cats running at large. To file a complaint, please call the Law Enforcement Center, 463-1421.
Safe Drinking Water Act
- The City of Badger has for public's review the results of monitoring done on its drinking water for the period of January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010. The purpose of this report is to advance customers' understanding of drinking water and heighten awareness of the need to protect precious water resources. The reports will not be mailed to you. You may obtain a copy of the report at the City Clerk's office during regular business hours. (May 2011)
