Ordinance No. 55

 

An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 52 Prohibiting an Open Container of Intoxicating Liquors or Beer or Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquors in Public Places in the City of Badger.

 

The City Council of Badger Ordains:

 

That Section 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

            Section 2.  Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine by not more than Five Hundred and no/100 ($500.00) Dollars or imprisonment not exceed ninety (90) days, or both.

 

Passed and adopted by the City Council this 14th day of October, 1981.
